Accountants who know your industry.
Every firm in Accra publishes the same list of services. What sets a firm apart is knowing what uncertified work in progress does to a contractor's profit, how an NHIS claim gets rejected, or why a susu company's portfolio-at-risk number is wrong. That is the work we do.

What we promise
Three commitments, kept on every engagement.
We answer.
Calls returned the same day, deadlines confirmed in writing, no client left wondering.
We know your industry.
Every engagement is led by someone who has worked in your sector, not just in the service line.
We leave you stronger.
Every engagement should improve your own capability, not deepen your dependence on us.

Who we do it for
The list of services is table stakes. Knowing your industry is where a firm becomes credible — so we organise ourselves around nine of them.
Systems built in
Live access to your books. Nothing missed.
We come with the ERP systems your business runs on. Your books live in a proper system — not a spreadsheet on someone's laptop — and you get live access to them: your cash position, your debtors, your margins, any day you care to look. When we leave, the system and the discipline stay with you.
Systems, Training & TalentQuality control
Every file is reviewed before it leaves.
Quality control at YSK Partners is led by Benjamin Osei Mireku, a Chartered Accountant with 11 years in audit and assurance. No report, return or set of financial statements goes out without an independent quality review — so what you sign, present to your board or file with a regulator stands up to scrutiny.
Audit & assurance
Statutory audits, properly structured.
We provide audit and assurance services, with statutory audits signed by our associated licensed practice, ERP & Associates. We conduct the audit; the opinion is issued by our associated practice. Internal audit, agreed-upon procedures, operations audits, forensic work and all other assurance engagements are issued in YSK Partners' own name.
